Joelle E-commerce Experience Design

Joelle is an exclusive fashion brand focused on offering elegant, contemporary clothing for modern women. The project involved designing the full digital e-commerce experience, aiming to reflect the brand’s premium aesthetic while optimizing product discovery, browsing, and purchasing across web and mobile platforms.

About the project

The main objective of the project was to create a digital experience aligned with Joelle’s premium brand positioning, prioritizing a clean, elegant, and product-focused interface.

The scope included the design of the main e-commerce screens:

Home page focused on visual storytelling and collection discovery

PLP (Product Listing Page) optimized for browsing and filtering

PDP (Product Detail Page) designed to support purchase decisions

Responsive adaptations for desktop and mobile

My role focused on end-to-end UX/UI design, including concept development, wireframing, visual design, layout definition, UI components, and ensuring consistency across all screens.

Challanges

Translating the brand’s premium positioning into a clean and sophisticated digital experience without compromising usability


  • Designing highly visual layouts that highlight editorial photography while maintaining clear navigation.

  • Ensuring consistency between desktop and mobile experiences.

  • Optimizing product exploration through clear grids, filters, and strong visual hierarchy in PLPs.

  • Designing conversion-oriented PDPs that balance product imagery, information, and call-to-action visibility.

Summary

The final result was a premium e-commerce experience aligned with Joelle’s brand identity, featuring a modern, visually refined interface designed to support conversion.

The design helped:
