Masava required a robust and scalable logistics dashboard to manage sales operations, accounts, orders, payments, product testing, and performance metrics for their operations in Canada. The project focused on designing a data-driven platform that supports complex workflows while remaining clear and easy to use.

Masava is a logistics and distribution company operating in Canada that needed a centralized platform to manage sales accounts and operational workflows. The project covered the full UX process, from research and flow definition to high-fidelity UI design.

The project started with in-depth research to understand sales and logistics workflows, focusing on how accounts are managed, orders are created, payments are processed, and product testing is requested.

User flows were mapped to support key actions such as account review, order creation, check-ins, follow-ups, and metric analysis. Wireframes helped define information hierarchy and navigation, while high-fidelity designs focused on clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

The interface uses structured layouts, clear tables, and visual indicators to surface critical data such as sales performance, pending orders, payment status, and inventory activity. Special attention was given to dashboard views, account detail pages, and actionable data components that allow users to move quickly between insights and actions.
